Hello Monday! We made it through the shortest day of the year yesterday. It wasn’t bad here. We got sandwiches for dinner at 4:00 PM, and then snuggled into the apartment until it was time for bed. Now I start holding on to the fact that we gain a tiny bit of sunlight every day.
Jumping back in to my Project Life end-of-year mad dash recap.
This is Project Life 2014: July. I’m sharing three favorites.
Week 27: June 30 – July 06.
Week Details // We had two cookouts this week. Got to see the families. We also had a bunch of thunderstorms and kept losing power in the apartment. (They’ve since added a generator or sturdier lines, because we started doing better after this week.)
Scrapbook Details // A few filler cards along with the journaling cards. I found two of them online as free printables. There aren’t any embellishments, but I love the summery colors.
Week 29: July 14 – July 20.
Week Details // It was dad’s birthday! P. and I went to the shore! I took a mini road trip with my mom!
Scrapbook Details // I love the blue theme to this week. Pulled an old Clementine edition filler card that I love. I see a bunch of repeating circles here, too. For our beach trip, I added a transparent box on the image and typed a bunch of details.
Week 30: July 21 – July 27.
Week Details // A quiet week full of french press coffee. I had a lot of photos because of a blog post planned, so they all went in the album.
Scrapbook Details // Again love the color theme. I think I liked how much the blue theme went together, I was more intentional with it this time. A lot of black and white photos, which I love, but always hesitate to do too much and lose the colorful details. It’s so worth it sometimes though. Love all the yellow.

About Project Life | Project Life is a memory-keeping system created by Becky Higgins. I choose to document life weekly. You can see all my Project Life posts from this year here, and details about my album here. I am using the Jade core kit this year and Design A pocket pages. My favorite tools for getting it done each week are my Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer and my 15″ Rotatrim paper trimmer. They’re massive but awesome.
