This is week fourteen of project life 2014!
Week 14: March 31 – April 06.
What happened this week: P. and I took a Friday off to have a lunch date. I made a DIY food journal, I played with my crazy paper trimmer. We picked my brother up from the airport and got to see my niece. We went bowling!
About the pages: More and more, my weeks are getting pretty color coded. I love it. This looks so… green on its own, but with the rest of the spreads in the album, I think it works.
This close up is still pretty washed out, but you can see it better than in the full layout. The photo ended up being in the spread twice, but I loved it printed as a square, so I just went with it. I wanted to set it off somehow on the plain green background, and I do not own a sewing machine. So quick drawn dashes worked good enough for me.
And that’s week 14! I am still caught up with my album, with about two weeks of printing to do. I need to figure out how I want to share all my layouts. I might start doing monthly catch ups like last year, or choosing my favorites.

About Project Life | Project Life is a memory-keeping system created by Becky Higgins. I choose to document life weekly. You can see all my Project Life posts here, and details about my album here. I am using the Jade core kit this year and Design A pocket pages. My favorite tools for getting it done each week are my Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer and my 15″ Rotatrim paper trimmer. They’re massive but awesome.
