When this post goes live, I will hopefully be dreaming and waking up to this…
The coffee has been particularly delicious right now — I just swapped stevia for 2 tsp of sugar (trying that out this week), and regular milk over soy. I have to change up my standards sometimes.
Just like the fact that I’m once again experimenting with My Fitness Pal tracking over Weight Watchers points. My food journal will still be there for me when I switch back (I think I have 6/16 weeks written). I gotta keep things interesting. And I’m ok with the back and forth as long as it gets me back to paying attention and being mindful.

I spent most of the weekend having a blast with this guy. Too bad Monday had to happen.
