moving right along.
i’m heading to hobby lobby with my mama this morning. it’s a 35-minute drive, and i’m pretty excited. i’ve never been to one, and i made a wish list of craft supplies, most of which relate to this album venture. talk about a paper nerd.
this is project life 2013: the weeks of november.
week 45: november 04 – november 10.
this week, two of my college roommates got married! it was a beautiful night. they are so in love, and everyone was so happy for them. my favorite part of this layout is the insert of 3 black and white photo booth photos. they were much smaller than 4×6, and the quality was probably compromised, but they are my favorite.
week 46: november 11 – november 17.
quiet week. i was hurting to fill this layout with photos, but i like the tiny details i included – the weather, what i was reading, my mess of laundry at my parents’ for laundry night, reading blogs on my ipad snuggled up on the couch, a redbox rental, and snacks delivered at work.
week 47: november 18 – november 24.
more randomness this week. when i don’t have enough to fill the pockets, i like including the week number for some perspective.
i also like the series of snapshots of e.p. from a night at chili’s. i had to include a minor snafu this week – my beloved sonata got a booboo. it was “minor,” or so everyone tells me. and she’s fine now. but i was pretty distraught.
week 48: november 25 – december 01.
and this week was thanksgiving. i feel like i’m catching up, because this feels recent!
this week, there was tragedy. i’m leaving the images out of the blog, though i did write about it in some small way after it happened. i didn’t want to write about it in my album, so i just included a photo, and wrote how thankful i was for all this time with my family, and how lucky we all are. my brother, on our second thanksgiving together, deep fried a turkey.
i included an insert with six 4×6 photos all about the turkey, and a tiny strip i made of e.p. to look like a photo booth strip. i love them both.
and there is november. on to the next!
